Shipping & Returns
Customer satisfaction is paramount at The Giving Brands Company Pty Ltd. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase or it is faulty or damaged, you may return to us within 3 business working days.

Packages not returned within 3 business working days or without a return authorisation number clearly posted on the outside of the package will be refused.
Please note if you have purchased your TANNED product instore and want a refund, credit or exchange, take the product with proof of purchase back to that store who will have their own Returns Policy.

Where you order more than one item in one Order, all Goods to which your Order applies will be dispatched together where practicable. However, in some cases Goods may be dispatched separately, for example, in order to ensure that you receive each of the items as promptly as possible.
You acknowledge that all Goods that you Order are intended for personal, domestic, non-commercial use only.
The Giving Brands Company will deliver to PO Boxes in Australia where possible based on the size of the Goods. Where it is not possible to deliver the Goods to a PO Box and you have input a PO Box as the delivery address when placing your Order, we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.
On delivery you may be required to sign a proof of delivery document. If you are not available to take delivery, your Goods will be taken to a local depot or post office and a calling card containing the relevant contact details will be left at the delivery address.
You agree and acknowledge that:
(a) The Giving Brands Company does not guarantee the delivery or availability of Goods within the timeframes that may be specified;
(b) Events outside The Giving Brands Company’s control may cause delays, or in some circumstances, prevent your Goods from being delivered in time;
(c) Delays are particularly likely to occur around Christmas, Easter and public holidays; and
Cost of Delivery:
Delivery in AUD $9.95 to anywhere within Australia, which is waived if you order products valued over AUD$50. All orders are delivered by Couriers Please or Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves our warehouse. The majority of orders will arrive within 2-7 working days. If you do not receive your order within this timeframe, please contact us via the Contact Us Page.
We do ship to some Countries outside Australia. Contact us at email@example.com if you are looking to have your order shipped overseas.
