These terms & conditions constitute a legally binding contract between the customer (you) and The Giving Brands Company Pty Ltd ABN 55 609 605 142 and apply to the ordering purchase, fulfilment and delivery of goods from www.tannedaustralia.com.au (the website). By placing an order for Goods from the Giving Brands Company you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Before placing an order, please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. The Terms & Conditions contain important information about the ordering, processing, fulfilment and delivery of Goods.
1. Placing an order.
You can place an order for Goods by following the instructions on the Website for the specified price plus the delivery charge as shown at the time of your submission of your order and that comprises an offer from you to purchase Goods. 2. Order Acceptance.
Each order that you place will, if accepted by The Giving Brands Company, be a separate and binding agreement between you and The Giving Brands Company with respect to the supply of the relevant Goods, in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Where you place separate Orders, the Goods will be delivered separately, and a separate delivery charge will apply to each order. The Giving Brands Company cannot consolidate separate Orders into one delivery.
3. Providing information.
Please ensure that you enter all information carefully when placing an Order. The Giving Brands Company relies on you that all information provided by you in relation to each Order is complete, true and accurate. Please check your Order carefully including the quantities ordered before submitting.
Except to the extent otherwise required by law (including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law), The Giving Brands Company will not be liable to you or any other person, for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered as a direct or indirect result of your Order information being incomplete or inaccurate or as a result of being unable to change or cancel your Order once it has been accepted by The Giving Brands Company, whether in contract, negligence or otherwise.
To Cancel an Order
Before you place your order, it is important to review the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order has been submitted, the order and payment will be processed immediately, and no further changes can be made on the website.

Payment and Prices
GBCo will process payment for your order when or shortly after you place it. Your Order is deemed to be accepted by GBCO once the order is processed.
You must pay for the Goods by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
GBCo is not responsible to you if the name on the credit card/payment does not match the name on your Order.
By providing your credit card/payment card details, GBCo will deduct the price and the applicable delivery charge/s from such card before finalising the order.
Payment will be processed at the price for the Goods appearing on the Website at the time of placing your Order. In addition to the price payable for the Goods a shipping cost will be included.
